今天我们要欣赏的是来自迪斯尼2014动画《冰雪奇缘》的一首主题曲《LET IT GO》。

相信很多听众都去了电影院看了动画片，对主角ELSA唱的这首歌也留下了深刻印象。

这是一个与世隔绝的王国，我是这里的女皇

isolation 隔离, 与世隔绝。是动词isolate的名词形式。Isolate既可以做动词又可以做名词。Do not isolate yourself from others.不要把自己孤立起来。这里就是做动词形式。

howl做动词的意思是嚎叫、吼叫，howling是则是形容词，

swirl的意思是漩涡；打旋；swirling storm的意思是打旋的暴雪，大家可以想象一下这样像漩涡一样的雪风暴。

hold back的意思是退缩；抑制。大家还记得吗？

turn away，走开，转过脸，离开。turn sb away: 拒某人于门外

slam的意思是砰地关上(门或窗)，关门可以直接用slam the door。

不过扣篮也可以用这个单词哦，slam dunk就是扣篮的意思，这也是漫画《灌篮高手》的英语名字。

limit是极限的意思，break through则是突破。
